About the job

Our partner is dedicated to a digital transformation initiative aimed at tackling future business challenges by improving its products’ development cycles, quality, and meeting customer requirements. As the Apriso MES specialist, you’ll oversee the maintenance of MES/MCS (Manufacturing Execution System/Manufacturing Control System) solutions linked to production lines and industrial facilities, facilitating global product manufacturing across all our sites.

Your role:

Under the guidance of the Head of MES / MCS Competency Center in the IT department, your role is to manage TMA MES APRISO and MCS THINGWORX globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising the support team leader
• Monitoring enhancement request backlogs
• Collaborating with Process Automation Managers to define Release content
• Coordinating Release implementation with the Competency Center in India
• Leading governance and acceptance testing committees
• Verifying Release deployment in production
• Ensuring adherence to quality and security protocols
• Supporting Process Automation Managers in demand management
• Spearheading continuous improvement projects on:
• Demand catalog
• Demand management tools
• Demand management process
• Vendor or service contract management
• Reporting on demand management, performance, and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications:

• As an IT Engineer familiar with industrial management, you should possess a minimum of 6 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in similar TMA management roles.
• Proficiency in at least one domain is required: MES APRISO or MCS Thingworx.
• Mastery of the ITIL V3 process is essential.
