Location: Antwerp region

Contract: Project sourcing on Belgian payroll 1 y plus, option fixed

Challenging, complex, and multidisciplinary projects, both new construction and revamp.

You are responsible for coordinating, following up, and monitoring detailed engineering, including the procurement process and material supply.

You are responsible for the engineering of all electrical, instrumental (including analysis), and automation aspects (E&I), including all E&I-related ancillary services such as telecom, mechatronics, etc., in investment projects.

You are responsible for developing concepts related to the mentioned aspects of the projects and proactively working out and defending proposals/alternatives from the project team.

You are in charge of preparing FEED-related documentation (e.g., instrument index, technical data sheets for critical instruments, electrical energy consumer list, etc.) as preparation for detailed engineering.

As Lead E&I, you are responsible for drafting specifications for detailed engineering.

You are responsible for the coordination and quality control of the detailed engineering of E&I by engineering contractors in defined packages.

You are responsible for the scope, budgets, and timelines for E&I within the project.

You are in charge of visiting the installation site to develop a realistic proposal.

You prepare cost estimates and ensure alignment of the design with the construction department, if desired.

Job Requirements

• You have several years of experience as a Lead E&I Engineer
• You need a relevant degree in engineering (Bsc. Or Msc.)
• Is coordination in your blood, and do you know how to get things done?
• Proficient in English.
